Refund Policy
When course fees can be refunded or transferred, and how to ask.
Registration fee
The registration fee confirms your seat in a batch and is not refundable.
Before the batch starts
If you cancel before your batch starts, course fees paid beyond the registration fee are refunded, or can be moved to a later batch.
After the batch starts
Once classes have started, fees are generally not refundable. You may transfer to a later batch of the same course once, subject to seat availability.
If we cancel
If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch, you may choose a full refund of fees paid or a transfer to another batch.
How to request
Email info@harvarddigitalacademy.com or raise a ticket in the student portal's help desk with your name, course and receipt number. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
